I'm sorry but there is not that many and no action ones!, but maybe you will get a laugh.
This is what happens when you keep your digital camera in with your cold lunch......seems to be foggy !!!

I think we will have to get reversing sensors for Ian next time. He went just a little too far back !!!

Here are some pics of Ratbug's buggy. Hes done a great job.

Here's a bad pic of all of us who were there on the day.

In April 2003 I saw Bronze do this to his Baja. I never thought I would find someone else this smart.....

well...... we found this guy ....

I wish we had stayed around to see him get pulled out. Half an hour later when we came back it was gone.....and he wasn't down in the trees.
Mark.

didnt work dude u put up the wrong kinda link i think
cool pics mark, but you are missing 7 of them
Suck it to the 4B owner
looks like ya had fun...
always good to see the JnS saving those manx.
Hey twoguns we missed you there. It was good fun. We were lucky it didn't rain. Turned out to be pretty good as it was cloudy so you didn't have the
problem of a white out which meant we could see the drop-offs in the sand.
We came across a 4WD club trying to get up a dune. I am not sure they enjoyed watching us all cruise up the dune and start tearing around the place.
They watched us for a few minutes then all left !!!
do i sense a bit of hostility towards 4b owners here???

its always good fun showing up 40k 4wd. such fun. i am there for easter. i jsut couldnt do it yesterday as i am trying to sort mydcab. time is of the
essence.
thanks for the pics. did that 4wd pic'd have an electric winch out the rear also? looks like he was tryign to pull himself out.
No there was another 4wd on the top of the dune and they hooked up to that. They were just trying to stop it sliding all the way down into the trees.
But there was no way they could pull it out with just 4wd winches.
Easter should be good. Sounds like quite a few are planning to go. Maybe even some new buggies will make it. Just hope it doesn't rain.
hehehe yes it did... but the sand anchors are bloody useless in stocketon its too soft.
we go there in our budget old school 4bs... oh and the monsters of course. older bro drives a swb bj40, and dad takes the 80 series landcruiser
beast... 6 inches in spring lift!
There was a monster 4wd there on Sunday. Did pretty well going up the dunes. We watched him try in 2 wheel drive. He got a bit more than half way up which was a good effort. Once he went to 4wd he made it ok.....dint get air though !!:thumb:thumb
Great day guys, Glad I chanced it with the dodgy looking weather.
I got a few pics of the dune climbing.

Great photos guys !
Great to see pics like these.......
Excelent shots Ratbug. Even shows how steep the dunes actually are.
