Number plates poll, Original or personalized?

Do you have Original plates from your cars first registration, personalized/custom plates, Club/Historic Reg plates, Normal/standard re-registered plates (ie.not the same as original)?

Hmmmm
I think I would love to have the original plate if the car was original.
But with it being slightly modified, Personal is that way to go!

I think if it's a restored standard car it looks better with the Original Rego.

But if it's Modified and a little crazy it demands Personalized plates.

My Baja had original plates from 1965.
But now it has FLY N VW

It depends on the style of the car and the person driving it. Original plates for original cars and personal plates for personal cars.

Can anyone read that red writing, would look great on a number plate. No cops or cameras would be able to make out the plate so it wouldn't matter what was on it.

I am STILL waiting to have my personalised car finished, so I can put my personalised plates (yes I already have them!) on it!!!

Original plates ANYDAY. Buying a 2nd hand car i would ALWAYS go for one with original plates first. Probabally wrong but to me it means its been "on the road" continously since registration. Too many "shoddies" out there that know how to use fibreglass and bog to get wrecks going again

A new plate sticks out the proverbials on an old car....Dub or anything. Origial plates!

I certainly would have used the original plates if I could have. The car had been unregistered for 10 Years, I bought it in hundreds of peices - the number plates weren't amoungst them.
I do like how the Modern plates have the Front narrow plate, good when the car is a little sagging at front.
