Is ther many Original Westfalia (all years) owners around? Are they hard to get? How much $ should i be looking at?

I was under the impression that Westy's were never sold in Australia and that all Westy's you see here have been privately imported. I guess that makes them hard to get = exy.

I have a '66 westy camper, It was a private import. I bought it from the original owners nephew.

I know of 1 that was sold here in Victoria that the secretary of the VWCV owned, but is there any more?
I've always wanted a camper and a westy would be the ultimate, not that there is anything wrong with other camper conversions.
