Terry those old cable handbrakes are a thing of the past, you're are always adjusting them and when you finally need it it brakes. We used a
hydraulic unit and in the same system we incorporate a hydraulic steering brake.

Four inch paint brush, no just kidding, I use and recommend PPG products, this is two pack and we paint the spines silver so that any cracks caused
from extreme use are easy to identify.

No handbrake and a big hole in the front of the spine...? (I assume for tie rod clearance) Don't Endeavour cars have to be registered?

As stated above it has handbrakes and the mods are approved maybe you need a new engineer.

I didnt know that they made baja's at Endeavour- looks nice considering their skills I guess..
seagull - April 17th, 2005 at 11:27 PM
man thats a killer paint job , I see you un picked the welds as well , not like other buggy shops that just cut the old pan halfs off an weld over the
top .
how many $ for a exchage pan Brendan , can you fit a body lift kit to the pan
I dont want the RHS cut with a drop saw 63 times to make the bend ! can you get it rolled ?
The delivery date needs to be firm as well
psychobuggers - April 18th, 2005 at 03:18 PM
Seagull what I do with the lift kit is neither the above, I have hte end plates cut to shape & the top & bottom rolled I then tig the whole
thing together ,I will take some pics : those pans with several mods are just under $1000 exchange, thats for K&L pin front & IRS rear,
currently no more than 30 days turn around, the lift kit is $650 including the step sides built in, cheers BRENDAN

can you post a few photos of your lift kit in the off road section .all so some of the wheels you make .I also seen on your DVD the custom rear bar
work you have made , looks very strong .
By the look of the bug you know a bit about fiberglass work as the front of the car when it was crushed just sprung out ( DVD ) , what do you call
that type of fiberglass ?
Can I order a fiberglass kit from you like on your baja looks well made , I guess the molds are in good order buy the look of them
