I have found a 64 notch that has been languishing in a garage for 7 years, the paint is stuffed and it needs a bit of fresh metal in a couple of
places, interior is good, the motor was supposed to have been rebuilt before it was stored, buy the philistine son! and I spose it will need a full
brake overhaul, and a few other things
It was bought for him by his parents but he obviously did not appreciate it and let it sit, in favor of a commondore!
I have to make an offer, any Ideas what it would be worth!
Thanks
Rob......

Offer $500 as a base and work from there
no more than 2000 if u realy realy want it and the interior is great.
YOU tell him how stuffed it is and what needs doing, if u sound like u know what you are talking about u have the upper hand and get a good price.
Tell him how much it is going to cost you to fix the price and he'll feel sorry for you and cut the cost more. :P
look at the battery area, window rubbers for rust, air vent rust, spare wheel area rust, chrome condition, doors close correctly etc.
good luck. i got my 64 for $400 minimum rust + trucking:bounce:bounce:bounce
