Doug Sweetman - July 5th, 2005 at 10:59 AM

NEt nanny doesnt like it.... whats all the fuss about ? can someone post a pic please ?

Bizarre - July 5th, 2005 at 12:23 PM

Sorry Doug - cant work out haw to save a pic.

it is a new remote controlled toy that looks like a hydrplane.
It is made out of foam stuff and it can be used as a plane, boat, car etc etc

It shows it scooting across water then flying straight up at 90 degrees.

One of those stoopid modern toys that looks like HEAPS of fun :dork:

Boozer - July 5th, 2005 at 12:57 PM

looks like the prop/engine can be rotated to allow such extreme changes in direction lke going vertical. Has to be super light too. Definitely getting one!

....or a whole squadron?

jenz58 - July 5th, 2005 at 01:01 PM

....thought it was a bit boring at first until they really got into doing their stuff

76camper - July 5th, 2005 at 01:22 PM

cant see a prop... maybe gas turbine? SICK toy, gana b very expensive tho, hopefully intime for xmas :-)

Doug Sweetman - July 5th, 2005 at 01:25 PM

wikked, if my mental vision is anything like what it really is....

Bizarre - July 5th, 2005 at 01:47 PM

the very last shot you can see the prop at the front

theverybigtallman - July 5th, 2005 at 02:15 PM

i thought 'yeah, goodo, another fancy design r/c boat', then whoosh, up it goes, and stays there. i wanna put one on the water with a proper boat, just to see how the little thing goes.

jenz58 - July 5th, 2005 at 02:38 PM

...I could see the prop on the front as well...very faintly...wonder how it works as the nose was right in...you'd think it would send it backwards if turning while in the water...I'll have to look again :duh

Bizarre - July 5th, 2005 at 02:50 PM
