Need to transport engine from Syd to Melb

I thought I ask if anyone can help at all before I chase shipping companies. Any suggestions?

If you are able to have put on a pallet, wrap it up with some protective material, most overnight transport companies will do it. You also try the local papers under backloading or your nearest wrecker that uses "dismantlers hotline".

Just wait till after the Nationals - Andrew can throw it in the boot of his NB and run it back to Melbourne.

You'd be happy to do that wouldn't you Andrew. ;)

Ask someone that bringing a bus to the nationals. There might be room in the back perhaps and you could pitch in with their fuel.

border express have a depot in milperra (sydney)and are delivering my 1500 to albury but they go all the way yo melbourne and it wont cost much at all

it only cost $43 from sydney to albury so melbourne would not be much more but it needs to be tied on a small pallet they wont pick it up by hand
