My new Kombi
misskaleidoscopeeyes - October 4th, 2005 at 08:41 AM

Hellooooo! :bounce had to share my latest news, bought my very first Kombi last night. 1976 pretty original. so excited. one owner. any advice about where to from here would be great.
I am going to take her for a service and get someone to look at any work she might need doing. Is Micks Motors good on Brissies northside, she has previously been serviced through Leons Motors at Salisbury. I even have the original service record and all of these orginal papers. Oh, and she is an Automatic, blue body with a fairly original interior in good condition. Floating on air at the moment with such excitement. Cheers :kiss

Good on you:thumb watch those drive ways.... I found my kombi (bought a month ago) quiet different to drive to a beetle, sitting on the front wheels I found I was cutting corners without realising it. I love the space a kombi has, its great to be able to move about, enjoy mate :beer
