Yesterday's great cruise to The Entrance has got me thinking. It's always great to get a row of dubs together - it always creates a interest, and gets people talking. So I was wondering what it is that could be done with such a large group, to give something back to the community.

Most of us know of the biker cruise around Christmas time for charity - each biker brings along a toy. So....I was wondering whether something like this has merit in the VW Community.

Each capital city would have a cruise all on the same day, all meeting up at a particular point. I know calendars get booked up around Christmas, but I suppose for a worthy cause, anything can be done.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a toy run, but it seems a logical choice at this point. Any ideas / thoughts?

Anyone had any thoughts on setting this organised for this Chrissy, long way off I know but I just remembered it today.

At least we'll have some time to organise this time. It will be hard to gain commitment without having all clubs putting their hands up though.

Sounds good - could mix with Christmas drinksget together as well.
