hows this for a shot!
Poor bugger was sliding along his back quite fine until he hit the lip of the gravel track which spat him in the air - looked pretty bad at speed!

I was once in that particular pose myself, right before I spent 2 months in hospital and a further 10 months rehab!

What also helped launch Barros was the new back protector the GP guys now wear. It's a large hump high up on the leathers to help reduce impact and helmet injuries which can cut the spine in a neck jerk. With Barros sliding on his back and then hitting the sand trap lip with the back protector he basically launched himself. He's alright - bruised and winded. Barros should have retired last year.

What harsh launch was watchin the race!

was all in the mood this arvo with my Rossi look-a-like mini bike and was tryin some wheelies and i looped the prick at 50Ks and i was wearing long pants and a jumper and i still got hammered!!!!
