there is a motel? corner of cantebury and springvale road.. my boss went there a while ago for the weekend.. he said it was pretty good.. and its a 2 second drive from where the cruise is leaving sunday morning

There's plenty of cheap motels around too... Clarion would be a bit dear.. unless you really want a splediferous stay in Melb.. overlooking a major intersection...
