hub cab clips for wide 5 rims do they exist?

my clips to hold the hub caps on my wide 5 rims for 70 kombi are deteriorating, can they be relplaced?

yep, last time i needed some, i got some at a VW specific parts place and you'll need the rivets to go with em..
maybe roy has em..

and i thought it would be easy, that article makes it sound like I need a full shop to get the clips on...tell me you know how to do this rob?
