I have not been before and am interested in going, either in the cruises or just to wander around. Looks like I'll definately need a camera! Anyone here got any good contacts or weblinks to find out about getting into the cruises and stuff?

I wish, I've just realised I'll be flying back from Sydney on the 27th Dec and I forgot all about the Nats. Maybe I should just fly back to darwin via canberra and not tell the wife.

I love all the cars that break down on the way one year I counted 23 between sydney and canberra but at least they looked tuff

you cant just go in and cruise Pete, you have to be an entrant . Its a blast ,but we wont be going this year as we are in QLD visiting relatives .
We had a great cruise of our own in the dual-cab , from Wollongong to Brisbane . Saw heaps of kombis on the way up and it took us 13.5 hours . A really pleasant drive with the new air-conditioning system installed and working .
