That's right. If you grind it off using the road, eventually it will grind away until it doesnt toch anymore.

Bolt some small titanium blocks as skid plates where the chassis touches, that should get some sparks happening!

A few of the mini-truck boys use titanium skid plates for that effect.

Though I have seen one '36 Ford Pickup in California that was so low it would scrape on the lane dividers! :smilegrin:

I know from riding bikes that you could get knee sliders with flints inbedded in to the palstic. get your knee down around a corner and watch the sparks fly!
