I have an animated GIF to use for the Xmas fun

but it is 154 x 149

how can i shrink it to 100 x 100 for using here??

If you have PhotoShop (or another imaging program) you can resize the image through that. Not sure if Paint will do it...?

You can always send it to me and I'll do it for you.

I use Irfanview - but it wont resize the animated one

You will need a special animated gif editor.

None of the standard apps will do this as they will only see the first from of the animation.

Hey Dan,

Had a play with your avatar (for over half an hour!) and as has been said on the other thread for it, I couldn't get it smaller in size without dramatically losing quality i.e. it looked like s#!t. It's because it has so many frames. Sorry! If I work something out, will definitely let you know.
