kingroon - December 20th, 2005 at 09:00 AM

Hi,

Does anyone know the name of the VW shop in North Rocks [I think?] in Sydney? I can't remember what it's called.. I know there's Vintage Vee Dub out in Campsie, but this place I'm after had some type 1 pre-65 pop out kits for sale I think?

Rock on..

The only place I know of at North Rocks is Andrew Dodd automotive on 02-96832184. Or unless you're after Classic VW who are at Rydalmere?? They would be best placed to provide what you're after.

That is CHEAP!! for pre 67!

I just bought some lates and the new kits were more than that.

yep. he is really cheap for everything, even has a rear tailgate opening window safari kit for bay window kombis, which I would love, but purchase negated by boss:vader

Andrew Dodd is one of the best repair shops anywhere ever, but he does not sell things like that

Andrew advertises on Georges Classic Veedub Website & that is where the confusion has come in

Thanks guys for all the responses! ClassicVeeDub was who I was after :thumb

He seems to have quite a bit of stuff there eh, not bad prices either.. The Pop-Outs are damned good value, they're on the wishlist for 2006!
