My RABBIT is going to be Famous
Bizarre - March 26th, 2003 at 08:02 PM

We just got an email from "Totally Wild" cofirming the story line and video details for our interview with Mr Hopper.
He is an Angora rabbit and was getting shaved the other day. A few weeks later from another vet who is the vet on Totally Wild, asking if she can do a story on the rabbit.

Not quite Fat Pizza but hey - my 2.1 seconds of fame

well this mostly doesn't count beacuse it's work. but...my dad works at tom wilkenshire rally (TWR) and mitsubishi ralliart in japan (not quite vw but what can you do). so i and my mates are suitably impressed

Blue, there is money in this!! if Mr Hopper earns $30.00 an hour like Costa on Pizza,
then 2.1 seconds will earn 1.05 cents,
( I don't think it would be a good idea to try & get him to appear on Pizza, generally animals appearing on that show don't last 2.1 seconds!

cause Angoras grow hair, and more hair and .......

You shear em like a sheep. You can use the hair and spin wool out of it.

Was getting expensive so we pought our own shearer. Was $35 then $55 then wanted to go up.
The reason we got on the show is the vet that cuts his hair commented to the TW vet how placid this rabbit is when he get s shawn. Normally they bo beserk.

How does your rabbit behave Dino?

We had a go at shearing him then TW rang up. Ooops... we will wait till his hair grows back they said. :D

Anyway 16th of April - picked a day i cant be there. The rest of the family does.

Hmmmmm.....

Hey Birchal.... how about taking a day off with me and we can get a couple of slabs and have a bbq in the back yard!!:bounce

jenz58 - March 27th, 2003 at 06:08 PM

Hmm, small shears required, number 1 or 2?:D

Mowhawks are very in right now I've noticed:bounce:)

Big bunnies LOL

Love bunnies. Used to have one called Jasmin. She thought she was a parrot or did the parrot think it was a rabbit. Oops that's right the parrot used to hop around on the ground with Jasmin and they'd eat together. Nevert did catch the bunny trying to fly:jesus
