you can tell pete has too much time on his hands when....

The ones on the roll bars flash while everything else stays on the whole time. I got them off a mate who covered his who landcruiser shorty in them. There are more to go on yet, I'll post a better pic once they are on.

in the light, it looks like a giant packet of silver bandaids attacked it.

but at night time...

the front and back sections stay on all the time. The middle section including the roll bars and winscreen frame flash on and off using a 2 pin indicator flasher unit. I connected it to my fog lamp circuit.

We took it for a quick drive last night and people dig it. I'll try and get some better photoes at night. It's hard to hold the camera still enough. :o

there's a beetle covered in lights and hooked up to a couple of reindeer in a house just up the street from me

thats just coooool!
puts my tinsel covered bumper bars to shame .
