I have to work 1 in 3, I have this year off with 3 weeks holiday. We were going to stay in a lodge in Thredbo for a week but my son dislocated his knee at Scouts, so were going to hang around home, do some house projects when the missus is around and work on my bug whenever I can.

Might even do some tourist things around Sydney, visit museums, catch explorer buses etc.

Being the owner/operator of a towing comany, I am on call 24/7-365..
The Christmas and New Years period is always a busy one, unfortunatley due to those people that decide to work on their liver failure, then try to drive home...
I have been called out the last 2 christmas days to collect cars, so I expect this next one will be the same...

I'm working all the way through though I may have a spit having had to work last Christmas as well plus my birthday is on the 28th. Shit as I've said before "Whoever called it hospitality should be shot!"

we have lots of hungry pets to feed and take care of as their families have left them to our care..
nothing like being licked to death by many doggies on one day all wanting the same thing..
food and attention..
it will last about 2 weeks.. HOORAY!
then a holiday is on the cards..

and once again... australia day is me and only me at work... last year it was EXTREMELY profitable.

In for a few hours tomorrow to make sure none of the ships have floated away. Then back in for a few hours on Boxng day arvo then 2 day off. The money they are paying me is almost embarrassing.......

I'm working tonight and tomorrow morning. In fact tomorrow I finish up working with my current boss tomorrow. That said, being a student minister means work tonight is a Christmas Puppet Show along with playing some bass guitar, tomorrow is similar only I'm Leading one of the services and playing drums ()... or it could be bass again. I enjoy church heaps anyway and it's all over by 10:30 in the morning. Not really hard work.

Then we are off to my parents for several hours of non-airconditioned fun....Well at least they have a pool. Unfortunately, my Missus is up the duff with our second one, and between that and with her being a pom, it's always too hot.
Oh well, I'll be making the best of it anyway.

im technically on holidays till 30th of jan!!!!!!!!!!! yay for me! will be joining the masses and inducing liver failure again, think i should be recovered from my birthday by now, and yeh who knows what else ill get up to, bring on next year i say!!!!!!!!!!!!
