That's a Toilet Door from the Coach Builder "Karm-inn-shittin"... These were not particually rare but these days are very hard to find due to all the "BeckYard-un-Shitters" being destroyed....
That one looks to be in quite good condition and suitable for an easy rest-(room)-oration...

Hey the double over head coat hooks are a nice touch...
And the cresent moon cut out was only available in country models not city ones...
You may still find some of those in use today, but you'd have to go scouring the country side for them...
