I won this football pennant on ebay for 1 Euro.
On the description for shipping it had 6 euro's international shipping worldwide.
I paid this and the 7 euro's through paypal and now the guy reckons I owe him 15 euro's to get shipped to Australia:repuke
Now a football pennant at max would weigh 500 grams
Lets say packaged etc its 1kg to send to Australia does not cost 15 euro's does it?
How can i bust this prick from Belgium?
cheers
Costa...
use the dispute resolution from within your ebay account. review the auction to be sure he originally quoted postage, etc.

well ive paid my money to him can paypal get the money back off him?
Something from Euroland that is approx 500grams, cost approx 14Euros
with no insurance and no option for being registered mail.
Hopefully he will give you a positive first, then you can bust his ass with a negative.
Good Luck.
dont bust his ass with a negative until you've filled out all the dispute claims, otherwise you've lost your only trump card and he has no incentive to continue, its a final resort don't use it up too early in the game
Watch out on ebay. I had a feedback rating of 150 and 99% until i bought from a couple of real pratts that wouldn't accept the money and then
proceded to hit me with unpaid item strikes. One of them relisted the item only 4 days after i won it.
Consequently, I'm now suspended from ebay because of their shonky dealings.
You can get some bargains on there, but definitely be prepared to get ripped or taken for a ride occasionally...
eBay won't care unless the seller has wrong contact numbers or personal billing info. If you have paid, and you don't get yer money back, claim it
has not arrived off PayPal and IF there is money in his account they MAY credit you. If the seller has quoted postage - but not to Australia, and you
didn't get a price off him prior - using the eBay contact system - NOT your own email, then eBay won't care as it's up to you to get an AU shipping
price before bidding. If he's stuck worldwide on his shipping price, then use the dispute console.
If you leave a neg, then he will, it's pointless, however one or two negs aint gonna hurt you. There are MORONS out there who thing that if it aint
delivered in 2 days then time to start moaning etc., and leave neg....I got one off a guy as I could not finalise the 2 items, as they we're stolen
on the evening the auction ended out the backyard...tried for 2 weeks to explain this to this deads__t, all for $12.00. Go figure.
eGay....pppfff

tell him you want Snail Mail not AIr post
this happens all the time... I got chagred $50 USD for a package that had $21 on it ,,,, got my funds back through Pay Pal.
The best you can hope for is that by reporting it to dispute resolution they will suspend the sellers account until it's sorted out. Generally this
is worse for bulk sellers than negative feedback because it means they can't run their business. Just remember, Ebay is great, but not foolproof and
you have to be prepared to accpect one day you WILL get ripped off. Communication is the key, get EVERYTHING in writing EVERY step of the way and
you'll be fine.
Good luck
