Is it me? does buying and selling hate me?

To start off i know there has been talk about locking threads etc and I know there is many sides to the story.

I seem to have been bitten twice now, it seems every thread i make gets locked, while most others are free to reply and now that my thread is locked i am unable to edit it.

I dont mind which ever way the forum decides to do it, AS LONG AS ITS THE SAME FOR EVERYONE :).

God bless the buying and selling thread and the Moderators.

this i know, so when my add got to page 3 being locked i created another one. Now its locked too!!!

Hates me too everyone else seems able to reply to my thread except of course for me.

I can say things on most threads in that section, but mine was locked on me too for whatever reason.... so I couldn't even let everyone know I found what I needed and to thank the dude I bought it off. :(

my post got locked, so i just started a new one lol, got locked too... then moved. Your not alone...

yeah i think buyng and selling should be open to replys for everyone. helps the sale a lot.

locking threads is really uncool.

As I said, it automatically locks, HOWEVER if you want, you don't have to lock it. It is simply a 'tick box' when posting. Simply untick it.

Try to be patient folks. If you use a site like the Samba.com then there is no option to reply, and all communication is via email. I think this would be a positive move for this site.

i have never seen this mysterious tick box...

i dont mind now, my thread is unlocked. I guess u can say it doesnt hate me now.

i do know what you mean bennetonvw

but the ability to reply and get answers that all can see and benefit from is what made the for sale section on this forum so great in my opinion.

thats the reason i browse this one a lot more :D
