Hi I've been around VW's all my life, and own or have owned many in the past years. I have many in my collection, ranging from split screens kombi's, bay window kombi's and a 92 Transporter 4WD. We have a paddock full of bay windows. I have restored many vehicles and have been responsible for getting a lot back on the road.

I am relatively new to all this. Had a 76 beetle for a few years, but am now getting back into it all with a modified '56.

Hi I'm orginally from Sydney. Have owned passats, fastbacks as well as kombi's. I have a registered 65 Splitwindow single cab ute, as well as my 92 Transporter 4WD.

I anyone travelling to Tassie for the big birthday in November. I here there are going to be lots of VW's coming. Haven't decided which vehicle to take, the Split single cab ute or the 92 Transporter.

If you can manage the drive...the split would be the choice.
