Had some scans of some old photo's sent over by relatives in the motherland (Holland). In amongst them is a pic of my uncle as a little lad with a neighbour or other distant family members new Splitty. There is a pic somewhere there of the new caravan they got too.

When my dad was here recently, he showed me a pic of his father, his brothers and himself out roo shooting in the 60's....all I saw in the pic was a gorgeous splitty....didn't care much about the rest

My old man is going to pull his old pics out and scan the photos of his 61 bettle and 71 kombi. As soon as I get them I'll post them online.

my mum told me the tale of my conception....lets just say that my dad is 6ft 5 and I didn't think that was physically possible in a beetle
