Another new little dubber enters the world :)
Doug Sweetman - February 1st, 2006 at 11:58 PM

People,

My wife Mel and I were lucky enough to have a beautiful baby boy on Australia Day (he arrived by caeser just before the fireworks started). We named him Bryson, and he was 8lb 7oz (or 3.8kg for the metric folk on here), 51cm long and had a 36cm head (hence the caeser !!!).

Both mum and bub are recuperating well and we are all back at home after 6 days in hospital.

1 photo just to prove its all real (I still pinch myself from time to time....).

Cheers,

Doug, Mel and Bryson

Congratulations!!!
And What PBB said!! A friends little boy has two beetles that he carries everywhere! he wont go to bed without his "herbies" (neither of them look like herbie, but he doesn't care!)

Thanks ppl, knew you would be keen to hear !

He already has his first beetle, a money box that my dad gave him, so he is already on the track......

At the rate that I am progressing on the baja it might yet be his first car.... :)

Seriously, thanks for all the kind words, Mel and I appreciate it.

Cheers
