i really like these ads..vw's just got so much class...why don't we see these ads on aussie tv!

Cos of local content restrictions on ads to help protect our tax payer funded TV industry sheltered workshops from much better ads.

For example:

Ours: Bing Lee or those screaming carpet ads
Theirs: This ad.

surprisingly similar to the UK version of the show, 'cept the jokes are better delivered.

top gear went nuts over the new gti, said it's the best hot hatch ever or something......although I'll take my old 205GTI back from Ruckus anyday. Rob? $1500?
