Car Transport from Sydney to Darwin????

Has anyone ever transported a kombi from Sydney to Darwin?

I am looking for the names of any car carriers that ship between Sydney and Darwin and if you know what it is going to roughly set me back.

Well I'm using TNT for transport of 2 cars from Perth to Sydney. Cost $620/car

I had several quotes and TNT was the cheapest.

Cost of a RAV from Sydney to Darwin was $1500; kombi would be similar.

Craig t I called TNT and they quoted $2064 and I also called Auto Trans and they were $1389. If I was you I would try these guys for your cars.

Chaps, do you know if the carriers are fussed about condition of the vehicle? I am considering bringing a ute over from Perth but it's far from a runner.

One of the questions they ask when you are booking is if it runs. I have only shipped running cars so not sure if they reject or just jack up the price if it is not running.

TNT said it has to have working brakes as well as a working handbrake. With my quote is was going to cost a hell of lot if the vehicles did not run. As for the condition they don't really care.
