Sedan vs Notch

I have a 1970 VW Notchback Auto. I am looking to purchase a workshop manual for it. I have found A VW Type 3 workshop manual, that is for VW Type 3 1500/1600 sedan - fastback (1963-1973). Will this manual be suitable for my car.

Gull I only paid $500 for her, but she is very rough, and will not be restored to her former glory, But I will have alot of fun.

Not sure which manual you are looking at, but if you plan on a resto, or even just want to do your own servicing, I would strongly recommend the Bentley manual. It is available from Amazon, and possibly form local VW specialist suppliers.

Get the bentley manual as well you can never have enough info, i got a perfect copy off flea-bay for $15, great book.
