LMAO!! haha.
which kinda type of vw symbol here? which axis to we spin it on?
probably easier to spin your hub caps. :duh
oh forgot to mention the golden tops just kidding
i told yeah not as good as the holden or ford badges you dont have to spin them at all to see the yobbo symbol
I'd prefer to spin a Nazi at 666rpm and see if he looks like a vw insignia
heard this once before aswell....
should strap a hubcap to an orbital disc of somesort and video tape it... lol
nick
Think I'll do it! mwahahahha.... or maybe just get the back wheels spinning and get someone to film it hehehehe
I just went and spun a T4 van plastic hubcap around on the table (it spins like a top hehehe)... and alas... cant really see much in the way of a swastika.... may still try to spin it faster.... like on a grinder? hehehe :bounce
This one might.... ???
Its been illegal for Germans to have a Swastika of any kind,
Since the end of the war.....
It had a mandatory sentence of something like 5 years in prison.....
I was told this by the fellow at the URALLA war museum..
Thats where I took this pic....
A bit different to this... pic....
so I don't think spinning a kombi badge round would
turn it into a swastika....
unless You were on some kind of drugs....
then it could turn into lotsa different things... LOL...

I doubt if this will be shown to be true.
Interestingly enough the BMW symbol is meant to represent a spinning aeroplane propellor. (BMW made the 601 series of inverted V12 engines for the
Messerschmidt Bf109s etc.) I never believed that until recently, when a BMW passed me at just the right speed and there they were, a spinning
propellor on each hub cap.
Bf109 inverted V motors were Daimler Benz
that is what DB stands for
109's actually stated with a rolls royce engine in them, a Kestral iv
WAIT!! I can see it sorta.
Will photoshop to show. BRB
I wasnt being n*entirely honest when I said there was none... when you spin it, you can see what looks to be the outer arms of the swastika spinning... however it isnt a clearly defined one that just sits there... as i said... like a spinning swastika.... but blurry in the middle, so you only see the outside bits. Hope Im making a bit of sense

more VW engines in the air than BMW ones hehe... ultralights often use modified 1600's.
maybe the swastika is actually supposed to resemble a propeller hehe.... or signify the German's prowess with regards to aviation development...
swastika is a symbol of nazi germany, which ccommisioned duilding of high-tech experimantal aircraft during the war, which is linked to Hitler's war,
which is linked to Hitler, who is linked to VW's... and shit... Im making no sense.... jeebuz... I cant even understand my self! :duh.... time for me
to get some air...

Not much going on.
373rpm - http://www.fallingupwards.com/Random/373rpm.mov
Is that sort of an Iron Cross?????????
I'd go with an Iron cross on the last one
yep.. I'd give ya the Iron Cross one.... first one looks more like a radiation hazard symbol than a Misterbitchy badge tho...
I've been told that the speed you can see a swastika on the hubcap of a beetle is 37 mph. Havent tried it yet though.
should be the same for a kombi!... gonna try it some time soon :bounce
OOPS!! Sorry. Yes the Bf109 had the Daimler Benz engines. The BMW engine was the radial engine in the Focke Wulfe 190s.

im kinda expecting to see schmo cruising down the road, hanging for dear life on the outside of his bus staring at the hubcaps
