I'm operating between my desktop and laptop during the night and day.. is there anyway I can sync my emails and stuff on Outlook?
Cheers
This is sooo VW, it's not funny...
is your laptop in the beetle tho? :duh
yeh! it actually is! I TRANSPORT the lappy in my oval :thumb
I have an empi sticker on my laptop ... close enough!
if you set outlook to leave emails on the server then your inbox should be the same, but your isp will have a limit on the amount that can be kept on the server.
Ah! Brains and beauty at work ere!

there probably is a way but i've never tried it.
possibly use a 3rd party application to sync everything maybe...
It'd be clunky but you could probably just archive all your emails each time and copy the .pst file and.pab file between machines with a usb stick.

Tools>account settings>select the email account> more settings> advanced tab.
Though I'm using the Outlook 2007 beta, so it's probably in a silghtly different spot
Get Lotus Notes and just run two local replicants - one on each machine.
If you want the e-mail to come to your main computer but still want to access it from a laptop (or anywhere else in the world) you are better off to
use your webmail feature which most ISPs have. That way, all mail is still on the server to download to your main computer when you open it's
Outlook.
