The one on the right is what the rims used to look like
I wanted the rims painted black but not too sure on what sections to have polished. I don’t want highly polished rims as they would not suit the
theme of the car.
What do you think??
Should I just highlight the cross section?
or the cross and other ribs eg the bars between the arms of the cross
Your input is greatly appreciated
Cheers
Ron
I think they look awesome as is, but polishing the smaller spokes won't hurt, and if you hate it, it shoudn't be a lot of work to touch up.
i like em how they are
Hmmmm i like the iron cross thing but wouldnt mind seeing all ribs polished.
Get a mag wheel polishing kit , all u need is an electric drill , available from most Large Hardware stores.

plain ronal - sucks I never liked them
black with detailed cross - awesome!
go for a thick and thin tyre combi and it will look great.
Yep they work well and are addictive.. polished up the 5 spokes and the 4 lug fuchs, pretty happy with how they turned out. Polishing the ribs with
one of these would be easy .

yeah go the iron cross ,looks like rare brmsthe others look like there of a mazda
mazdas had ronials.... well spotted.
i rekon leave them as is.. they look great after the paint and polish... like a lot of people, i think the plain Rons look eeeech!
look cool as is, but i recon polishing the smaller spokes and the high bit on the inside 1/2 of each of the thick spokes could look cool as well,
maybe cooler.
