Kombi front seats,What works ?

Gday fellow Kombi lovers and veedudders, Im progressing nicely with my kombi restoration and I am about to start to look for some suitable seats. Can anyone let me konw what has has not worked for them. Thankyou Pauly B.

If I recall...I think ford LTD or Fairlane seats worked? :)

Also Mazda 323 or 626 or something? :tu:

I like the stocks tho meself :lol:

Just bought a Kombi with Ford Fairlane seats in it. Pretty comfy.
Also bought another one with the standard front seats. Can't drive it (parts donor to be restored at a later date) but they are comfy also.

70's Subaru seats, bult in head rest, very similar to rx3 seats, super comfy and hold you snug against all the leaning that a kombi does whilst cornering hard :smilegrin:

The t3 caravelle seats are very comfy on a long haul, with the added bonus of keeping it VW.
