Interstate kombi adventure begins tommorrow( I AM BACK)

I will be flying out of Brisbane at 6am heading to Melbourne to pick up my new Kombi and drive it back to QLD.

I brought it of eBay a few weeks back.

Fingers crossed I can get it started and it makes the trip home. :P

I will be taking a small selection of tools, but not many.

I will take a few piccies on the way to try to capture my adventure.

I hope to post again by Friday with good news of the trip.:thumb

I tried so hard to organise the 'ROAD TRIP' so I could go to Valla on the way home but it didn't happen DAMM!

Well I am back.

Gee its a long drive from Melbourne to Toowoomba

Just over1800Km.

The Kombi, once started ran without a hicup the entire way and the heater worked fantastic.

I will post some picutes of the trip and the kombi soon.

Took a new battery and some fresh petrol to start it and the idle reset and that was it.

The kombi is abit rough but nothing alittle bit of work work wont fix.
