I've just edited those instructions to make them ultra-clear, so hopefully they'll work for you. If they don't work, post here. Tell me what went wrong, and I'll help you get it working again!

Avatars are no bigger than 100x100, so make sure you send me something that can be cropped and shrunk and still look good with so few pixels.

Damn damn damn!

Due to the fact that I've had my hotmail account since 1996, I have hotmail set to "High". This is because it gets about 100-200 spams a day, which makes the account useless to me. Unless you're in my address book, I can't get your e-mail.
