Nice coloured beetle at Nationals Carpark

[size=4]I Saw this nice coloured Beetle at the Nationals carpark... those colours would go well with My Multi Coloured Engine - I didn't meet many people at the Nationals that I knew... I was the one with the black VW cap on.. in case You saw others with a black VW cap... I was the "Good Looking" one !!!!! I did see Jim Gow - head & shoulders above everyone else & I did try to catch up to Him, when I was going home, but that Man can Walk fast.... maybe next time... I should have worn a name badge .. I was going to have "68AutoBug" printed on the back of My VW shirt but didn't get around to it. I hope You all enjoyed the Nationals.. & I hope to meet MORE of You at Nambucca in August.. [/size] I tried to download a photo of a multi coloured Beetle I saw at the Nationals Carpark..but the image is too Large. I made it 30mm square but it still wouldn't work.. Most people would have seen it.. it was there in the Morning & still there at 4pm when We went Home.Every Panel was a different colour.. Red-Green-Yellow - Blue?? Would have matched My engine perfectly...

Thats Liz's bug and its been for sale for a while.
She wants 6G's for it.

Shes the Club VW pres's wife and also has a few club titles herself..

that IS it... Easy when You know how... Now how did You make that nice & small...? Sometimes I can, and Sometimes I can't... It's just Me... I tried for an hour to make that photo nice & small... which I eventually did.. but it still wasn't accepted.
Maybe it WAS the Large Text...

I just copied the pic from the for sales page on the clubvw website, someone else did all the work for me, it was already nice and small!!:cool:

i saw about 3 or 4 bugs with those rare lights, i hav a lense or tow lying around.

to make small pics dont worry about physical size, go into adobe photoshop or similar and go to image size and resize in pixels about 300 pixels wide should be a good size for posts and wen u save put the quality to about 4 (low) just to make sure ur coming in under the 50k, should be around 25k, but stil big and clear enough.

Lee , I would have loved to meet up with you.
Did you talk to any of the Forum guys ?, there were loads walking around with Red/ Black shirts " just like Jim's "'
and even a great bunch selling them down in the swap meet area.
They did announce for the forum people to meet together about 2:30 pm , but must admit I was so busy talking to my fellow enthusiasts that I nearly missed the call.

they're rare? whats different about them? All type 1 stuff looks the same to me.
