Just went to see the movie "Little Miss Sunshine".I mainly went to see it because it stars an early bay kombi trying to get a family across America.Well what a scream!I haven't laughed so hard in a movie for ages & the scenes involving the kombi & the little problems they have with her along the way are just hysterical,especially if you have ever taken a kombi on a trip(or daily driving for that matter)& encountered anything remotely like the guys in this film have(& lets face it,those of us with kombis all have a breakdown story or 3 to tell!!)What a pearler.A definete 2 thumbs up.:thumb:thumb

Agreed. Absolutely brilliant movie. My favourite of the year for sure *****.
The Kombi is just a bonus. Good to see that Hollywood can still churn out a cracker occassionally.

Yeah.. I am trying to ahem..acquire it.. but it isn't around, so I may have to toddle off and see it. Even non-VW people think it is simply fantastic..

I havn't seen it yet but remember cracking up in the trailer when they were having a conversation in the back of a kombi on a highway. We all know the signal to noise ratio isn't the greatest but def not that good.
