Guinness World Records 2003 states that the F-Series Ford has sold the most out of any production line car. More than 28,407,235 have been sold and sells more than 300,000 in the US alone each year.
Techincally that is true, but you have to realise that the "F-Series" includes the F-150, F-250 and all other 'F' models.
So there is the Guinness Answer

Divide 28,407,235 by 30,000 (the US would buy the majority of these) and you end up with;

946.9 YEARS

They've been building them for a shit long time. The crusaders must have been driving them when they were conquering those muslims.

They do sell these outside the U.S, but it probly should be 300,000 a year...yes..point noted, still sad that VW hasn't beaten them ....yet.

I have the 2003 Guinness Book in front of me...the part in question is on page 149. It says 'By January 2002, an estimated 27,257,475 F-series trucks had been produced....Between 800,000 and 900,000 F series trucks are sold annually, accounting for roughly one eighth of Ford's global sales.'

The first F-series was made in 1948, so that works out at around half a million per year, every year.

VW may beat this total with the Golf, which has already passed the Beetle's 21.25 million, but Ford would have to slow down first. VW is selling around 800,000 Golfs a year, so Ford is pulling further ahead all the time.

Then there's the Corolla thing...

Yeah. I was going from memory so there is probly some trouble there neways. But if u go to their actual website it says that the toyota is the one with the most produced so i wish that they'd get their facts right too. i actually read it in the dentist's surgery while waiting for an appointment so yeah. We'll just have to convince every1 to buy more VeeDubs then won't we?
