I hate to be pedantic, but please do not call it daylight savings with an s on the end. It is daylight saving, The word is in the singular, not the plural.

It has been called daylight saving (singular) all over the world ever since it started about 100 years ago. Suddenly in Australia it is now been called daylight savings (plural).

Other than that. I think that it is a brilliant idea and I'm glad to see that it may be introduced here in WA soon.

Yes, we don't have daylight saving up here. Why? lots of reasosn the biggest is that its a much larger state than the postage stamps down south and what is good in the Sth East corner is not always that good for those up the far north.
yes, there will be another referundum, yes the Sth east corner will probaly want it, no, those up north probably won't.
Besides that, we have better weather up here so don't need to get up earlier or screw around with our clocks to get sunshine.
