E-mail from Aussieveedubbers is still being blocked by Spamhaus*. Many ISPs use Spamhaus to filter their inboxes of spam. The list of known problematic e-mail providers are:

Hotmail.com (msn.com and live.com)
Yahoo.com (and all yahoo mail)
iiNet
Telstra Big Pond
... more ... (approx. 30% of all ISPs use Spamhaus)

If you are using one of these e-mail providers - you CANNOT register or reset your password due to their choice of blindly accepting Spamhaus' blacklist. Please e-mail your ISP's support and get our domain (aussieveedubbers.com) whitelisted, or if they refuse, change e-mail providers.

I will help folks in trouble who using these e-mail providers exactly ONCE. After that, you're on your own.

* Spamhaus are terrorists. There is no "off" switch. With them, you're always guilty. I have failed miserably to get off the black list. We can't easily change to another hoster or IP address, and even if we move, there's no guarantee we wouldn't end up on the same Spamhaus defined badlands. So for the time being, we're screwed.

Although I can't fix the deeper issues re. email providers, in the interim I have been able to reset quite a few passwords....if you or someone you know is having trouble and Andrew hasn't been able to help to date, email me on:

and I will try and help. I am not IT savvy though so if a password reset doesn't work, I'll have to refer you onto someone who knows more than me!

I am terribly sorry folks but work commitments means that I have not been able to process the password resets. I am sure I have let down many.

Until the backlog is cleared, please address them to Alan (as above), or vw54. I will try to get the "Contact us" area processed in the next couple of days.
