before this confounded forum crashed we talked about this.
Anyway, I had a go at it today. I used a Sabco mitt that I got at woolies this week for $5, 50% off. I'd give it the thumbs up. I hosed the car off
yesterday and used the mitt today to wash it. You still need to rinse it properly and chamois it, but it worked fine. I'll use it again I think.
Cheaper and better for the enviroment.:thumb
water-free wash?
nick
no, soap free, I used water on the mitt, and rinsed with water.
my car is that dirty...and caus we're on stage 4, i can't even use my own pressure hose..i'll have to take it to a cleaning place, and actually pay
to wash it properly.
*le sigh*
you could use a watering can. I used one for most of the wash. Rinses quite well. Then chamois it off.
So they apparently attract dirt like shit attracts flies...
Still think u r keen
Any swirls, hey why dont u try some 1200 grit wetndry does a awesome job; of course then u gotta buff the shit out of it.
On another note what would u use to get out sap stains in paintwork almost etched into paint(white), I have gone as hardcore as Jif which takes off
the top coat and will need buffing but even this seems a little too much there must be something easier, suggestions???
Thinking of trying my own suggestion above (wetndry)
