VW T3 Kombi Coolant and VDUB Garage on the way to Byron

I am about to drive from sydney to Byron and as per usual I haven't finished everything off at all.

Does anyone know where I can get the coolant for a water cooled T3 kombi from in Sydney?

Is there anywhere between sydney and byron I can grab some and a good place to get a service might not be a bad idea too.

any ideas welcomed

would VW dealers stock it? One in Waitara on Sydney's nth shore. I know it is different coolant to a Holden etc but would Supercheap or Repco have some coolant of the correct specs?
