(WA) Big Al's Poker Run

We had a nice small contingent of air cooleds at this year's Big Al's Poker Run. For those of you not in WA it's the largest annual hot rod and street machine show and cruise and has been running for over 20 years. It's been traditionally down on vws so this year we got a few together. It was also nice to see Steve's new single cab from the US (still left hand drive) and Corey's beetle from Northam (thanks for the impromptu pinstriping dude!)

yer it was a good cruze and lots of fun running the streets with perths best rods n street machines, it was my first time but definately not the last!

Great to see come VW talent in usual street shows now!

Congrads to Corey on his beetle, last time i saw that was at northam car day a few years back when it was mat black and im not even sure if he had L's by then, thats keen!

will have to come cruzing with you aircooled boys some time, my radiators hidden you will never know haha

So sorry I couldn't ride shotgun for you this year BW.... Still not feellin' 100%..... As usual, top pics and a good effort from you all.... Maybe we'll have a few more rolling for the next one.... Maybe even one of my own rides..... Hope to see you guys at the Nostalgia Drags next weekend!

theres some nice rides there. im movin to mandurah on wed so i will be on the look out for a oval bug for my self.. going to start the hertz interstate rentals haha
