Details: This year is the 203rd anniversary of the Castle Hill Rebellion that took place on Sunday 4 March 1804. This year’s theme is the history and discovery of the double-storied stone barracks building constructed by convicts on the Heritage Park site in 1803. To celebrate this historic event, Baulkham Hills Shire Council and Heritage Park Management Committee will host a day filled with activities, entertainment, and historic discovery. Hear the archaeologists story of the discovery, hear about the history of the Rebellion and how Castle Hill began, and enjoy the bush band entertainment.
