AVD Member needs help, (dont we all :P)

Oh yeah a mate of mine is having the same problems. He's all but given up - I have emailed and U2U'd a couple of admins of this site on his behalf already and no reply. nada. zip. nuttin.

I've had the same problem for 4 months without any sign of a solution. That's why I changed my name. This is fantastic. I'll u2u you Alan.

Remember that Andrew (vanderaj) is now based in USA and has little time to deal with the IT administrative burdens of AVD. I am happy to help with passwords etc, but until someone else who knows about IT and how to run a forum (in terms of the technical stuff) steps up, we'll probably have similar issues for some time to come.

IF you know of someone with password issues - get them to email me and I will fix it.

Hoorah!! Back live! Thanks Alan. There's a person I met at the Jamboree a couple of weeks ago who is absol mad keen to buy a Type3 and become a part of the VW community. She has tried several times to register but just can't get on. Should she email you?
I wonder how many potential new AVD'ers are out there trying to register?
