I'm not looking to pay the earth using one of the big companies like Discoverer or Trakka just need help with building a strong but basic cooking/storage unit on a metal swivel to house a camping stove, sink & cooking equipment ...any suggestions where to start?

Start with local a cabinet maker. My Dad got his Hiace Camper interior fully custom made to his specs by a local chippy on the Gold Coast for less than half the price of the 'specialists' packages.
