The VW club of Vic have hired the track for the day so it's all VW racing!
$40 to race
$10 for spectators

Booking with the club is a must to get the number up.
It does NOT matter how fast or slow your car is as long as it doesn't leak oil and you bring your helmet you can have some fun.

Yep a cruise up is a definite Rod. Just trying to get a confirmed start time up at Heathcote. Will post something up early next week.

OK Draggers!! I have the final details of this day.

We have over 25 cars confirmed. And a few quick ones too from both interstate and local.
Vic VW Club will have a lunch and drinks available for club members. Heatcote will also have the food shop operating.

Racing starts at 11.00am and runs thru to 4.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.

Ideally, you would need to get there before 11.00am to get your car scrutineered.

The VW Club Vic will be coordinating a cruise up to Heatcote on Sat morning.

I will meet all interested in a VW cruise up to Heatcote, outside the Calder Park Race Way from 8.00am with a Cruise departure time of 8.30am.

I was at Heathcote this Saturday just gone. Great fun and all legal. Oh, and we left plenty of rubber on the track for you guys
I probably won't make it in the notch. 30 seconds for a1/4 mile is just dismal (not to mention the oil leaks etc..)
