semaphores
1958kafer - July 17th, 2007 at 05:29 PM

Does anyone know of someone that I can send a set of semaphores too? I need to see if they are working and if not get them fixed.
Any help would be great.

hook them up to 6volt and that will tell you if they are working.

just put the earth on the main body and the positive to the terminal ,and it should stand up and light up.
If it stands up they they are fine, if it stands up and doesn't light up its just the globe.

Most of the time they just need a clean and a drop of kero on the moving parts.

I use silicone lube on mine as only one was coming up half way and now they both work a charm. Lubricant is good to raise things ooops did I type that. lol
