anyone know of a vw club in hobart? Ive just moved over from victoria and need my vw fix. You might have seen me around - i believe im the only white notchback driving around hobart (with old victoria plates just to tease the locals ) any heads up?

There is the Vw association and the Volkswagen Club of Northern Tasmania too.

If you like Kombis there is also a thriving arm of the Kombi Club down in Hobart that gets together regularly.

Fairly good scene mate. I have a couple of notchs myself. Have beers in workshop in the city most Thursday nights. Dont always get on the forum at the moment, so if your keen on meeting a few of the boys then give me a call on 0418 493 788. There arent the numbers of Vic obviously, but there is lots of very good quality cars. If you need a vw mechanic, then i can give you details if you call, also on any club news, i am one of the club organisers. Hope to catch you veedubbin soon. By the way, i have already seen your car.
