Front body repairs

Does anyone know of any reasonably priced crash repairers in Adelaide? Either established or back yarders?? I was looking over the ding in my front left guard and realised it is creased because the front has been pushed in a long long time ago. The spare wheel took ages to get out of the front, now i cant get it back in! It looks like its been pushed in around 15mm. Was thinking of putting a scissor jack in there to see if it will open it up a bit, but might cause damage to the inside panel.

This has now re-evaluated the direction i will go with the bug, and since it needs repair, a full respray will be on the cards.

To get you out of trouble in the short term, put a deflated wheel in the wheel well, then fill it up with air to approx 40 psi and you should see and hear it push the panel back out.

Release the tyre pressure back to normal, and the wheel should slide out without to much trouble!

I did this when some clown reversed into my beetle some time ago.
