Both Adam and Wayne were in the quick 8.
Not sure where the times were.
I know that Wayne did run 6.75@109.75!!,
to be the second fastest VW on the day.
I am not sure about Adam in the beautiful oval.

Both cars looked supoib and were kicking arse.

Other quick 8 members were:
me @7.21 N/A,
Wally now 2275 turbo, in the 6's I think
Rod Penrose 6.76 N/A
Fabians Inch pincher ran 7.6
Mike Waldron went 6.4@114
and Lachlan Smith(not sure what Lochy ran).

the WPVW turbo oval ran 6.75 @109.75mph . This made us the second quickest VW at the event . Mike Waldron in the LMS turbo bug was the quickest with 6.4 @114mph .

I know that Aaron won in the class he was running in the 20B Kombi over the P76 powered bug who broke out.
Wally won in Quick 8 over Fabian in the Aussie Inch Pincher who cut a better light but broke out.
Craig Brown(Crankshaft Engineering) beat Gunter(Volks-Mod) in the buggies.
Leigh Harris won his class in George Gershos' bug.
I think Dave Sidery had a win or runner up at his first drags also.
Perhaps some other people can fill in the spaces.

Not sure how Doc went, but car looks supoib, as does Adams car.
I did see Adams car run in the 7.80's but not sure of what his best numbers were,
or how much faster than this he went.

This is all from memory so please correct me if I am wrong.

my car went well with no real problems although very laggy in first and second gear due to running low boost and way to short first and second gears(std 1800 kombi)it still ran 7.5@92, whiich is as quick as my green car but the oval way slowwer inthe 60 ft
but had agreat time and was good to drive it for the first time, also does great 3rd gear burnouts!!!!

I was chatting to you just before you went to scruitineering, your car is amazing :) I hope to get there next year in a powerful bug also so roll on next year.
